Days 78 of my 108 days Journey challenge to intensely appreciate life.

What do I intensely appreciate today?

Today I really remember to count my blessing and start to appreciate all that happened or was created, this year.
So Here is the big one.
I have three partners, three male partners that I absolutely admire, enjoy and inspired by.

Today, I met, worked and eat with all three and I feel so lucky. My beloved is my partner in life, home, family, and kids. Leo and I are making music and perform in our shared project and with Floris, I do the teaching project.

I intensely appreciate learning how to professionally partner.
I intensely appreciate getting better at trusting life.
I intensely appreciate the joy of being, working and enjoying my sisters but also enjoy working with male energy. It is so enriching to have both in life.

I intensely appreciate and actually peaty much ecstatic for finishing the master plan of my creation and business, where I feel of-of my needs and abilities are met: the artistic, the enterprising, the intellectual, and the social.

I intensely appreciate the fact that I am actually learning to relax and say things like; “I am closing things in December, I will do this in that next year” It seems as if I don’t feel as if the devil is chasing me anymore. I can breathe and enjoy, and that exactly what I was praying for.
I intensely appreciate getting to stay in the apartment of my aunt in Jerusalem, during my family visit this year.
I intensely appreciate going to painting class tonight and remembering the joy of painting a model.
I intensely appreciate the real high heel I bought. the first one since I became pregnant with my daughter, fifteen years ago. It gives me back a sense of my old self. So fun!

What do I need to intensely accept about today?

Raising a smart boy, who can charm a grumpy drunken sailor, to become a great and kind man is a big responsibility.

Have I done my Meditation today?

No, I completely forgot about it. That is why this question is here. thank you for reminding.

What have I learned today?

Counting our blessing continuously, especially verbally, is the best cure for obsessive worrying and fear. The only reason I see why I don’t do it is worrying about being too bragging. Isn’t that silly?

A question to you: What are the three biggest things you consider your blessings?

The challenge questions are:
Try it for 7 days :-)
